2. Consultants, Mentors, and Titles

2.1 Consultant Tiers

Raich Aerospace works with two tiers of aviation consultants:

• Tier One — Airline Captains. Current or former airline pilots who have held command (captain) positions with an airline, hold or held an Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL), and have accumulated substantial jet command experience. They are listed in our scheduling system as "Career Guidance with Airline Captain."
• Tier Two — Program Specialists. Aviation professionals who may hold a Private Pilot License (PPL) or Commercial Pilot License (CPL) and have completed our internal admissions-consulting training. They are listed in our scheduling system as "Program Specialists."

Both tiers are addressed with the courtesy title "Capt." before their names. For Tier One consultants, this reflects actual airline command experience. For Tier Two consultants, it is an honorary title only and does not imply current or prior airline command, first officer, or second-in-command experience.

We encourage all prospective clients to review each consultant's individual professional background — including their LinkedIn profile, where available — before booking a consultation. Consultant profiles are available on the [Consultants and Mentors page].

2.2 Third-Party Profile Disclaimer

Raich Aerospace does not verify, control, or guarantee the accuracy or currency of information on any consultant's personally maintained LinkedIn or other social media profile. These profiles are maintained independently by the individual consultants.

The word "Aero" is stylized in such a way, that the middle bar of letter "A" is replaced by a graphic of a taking off aircraft trail, ending with a small graphic of wings. "Aero" is in blue, wings are in gray. "Aero" written using Arial Black Italic fonts in cursive writing.
