Whatever your reason for leaving us might be, you can review the separation process below.
The entire separation process takes 30-60 days.
Students and Graduates are able to apply for the separation process using one of three options:
If you are separating after your graduation from our full professional program, you can do so by following the process outlined below. Any student who has completed their flight training and internship program in accordance with section 7 of their agreement is able to file to terminate the agreement as a graduate and request a refund of all funds kept on company's escrow account in accordance with the agreement's terms and conditions. Normally, all the phases of training listed on section 7 must be completed in order to qualify for the refund.
If you are separating before your graduation date and after the commencement date of your contract, you qualify for the "drop-out separation". This process normally takes 60 days, as per section 3 of your agreement. In such case, all the payments disbursed to third party training and internship providers can not be refunded. Also, depending on the nature of your separation, additional administrative fees may be applied to the remaining refund balance. Please note that section 3 of your agreement discusses in detail your eligibility for refund. We recommend that you review this section thoroughly before commencing your separation process.

You need an F-1 visa for all the US academic programs (FPAP-1, College Degree, Pathway, etc) and you need M-1 visa for all US modular courses.
You will need a Canadian Student visa.
If you have specific questions about the visa forms, please contact your local consulate. We can not consult you about this, as each consulate has slightly different requirements.
Your consulate will tell you exactly which documents you need to bring. In addition, please ensure you bring the visa support documents you get from us.
Yes, you can. If your country does not maintain diplomatic relations with the US (like Iran or North Korea) you can still apply for the US student visa in the closest consulate located abroad.
Not a problem! We have extensive experience dealing with these issues and you need to contact us for detailed guidance on how to mitigate your personal situation.
