Mr Carroll is an experienced aerospace professional, acting as CEO of Raich Aerospace Group LLC in the US. Obtaied his higher education in business from O.U. Gene resides part-time in Germany and British Virgin Islands, being heavily involved in running the financial side of Global Air BVI Inc, one of our primary internship employers for our graduates. Gene has often been taking part in world-wide aircraft relocation flights for Global Air BVI Inc as Operations Coordinator and Flight Planner. He speaks English (native.) and German. Gene advises Aerocadet's students on the flight training program information and optimal airline pilot employment pathways.
Capt. Russ Sherwood started flying in 1998 in the air force when he qualified as a WSO on F-16 "Viper" fighter jet. He holds BSc in Aviation Science (with Honors) from Thomas Edison State University. Russ transitioned to commercial civilian flying in 2006. He flew for almost 6 years in China, Malaysia and Indonesia on various pilot contracts as instrustor, test-pilot and commercial pilot. He holds U.S. (FAA), Canada (TCCA), China (CAAC) and Indonesia (DGCA) ATPL and CFI pilot licenses with over 10,000 hours of flight experience. Russ has served as an Airline Captain, Check Airman and Airbus 320 IOE Instructor in a "big-major" US airline, and is serving as Director of Flight Operations with Global Air BVI Inc.
Capt. Singh is a retired Indian Air Force pilot and a director of Hercules Aviation Training School in Mumba, a long-term partner of Aerocadet. He is the primary consultant for the students enrolling into our FPAP-IND and FPAP-US-IND programs in Canada and United States. Capt. Abhinav's school offers DGCA ground school training and FAA or TC to DGCA license conversion for the Indian program graduates, as well as visa support consulting and subseqent airline pilot placement in the competitive Indian employment market,

With over nine years of experience as a commercial pilot, including extensive command time on the Airbus A320, he brings a deep understanding of the industry to his leadership role. Dr. Ugur Given is a distinguished academic and aviation education leader at GD Goenka University - a close education partner of Aerocadet, where he plays a key role in shaping advanced training programs for the next generation of aviation professionals. Dr. GIven holds Aerospace Engineering Department Chair position and serves as a Senior Professor conducting research related to Interstellar Travel and Utilization of Nuclear Energy for Space Missions and Space Habitats.. With a strong background in aviation management and international education, Dr. Given brings global perspective, academic rigor, and industry insight to the aviation initiatives.
Roy Ritter Capt. Roy Ritter is the Head of Training (often referred to as Flight Operations Director in partnership contexts) at Regional Air Services and its Regional Air School in Tuzla, Romania. With over 30 years of experience in aviation, he serves as a Certified Flight Instructor (CFI(A)) and plays a central role in shaping pilot training programs.His practical, student-focused approach has helped position Regional Air Services as a key partner for international flight training providers, including Aerocadet’s EASA pathway programs.
